Workshop: Making Cheese

Description

This 1-day workshop will demonstrate how to make Ricotta and Paneer cheese from 2 simple ingredients: whole milk, and an acid like lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar.  Cost includes printed material, cooking supplies, and all ingredients for making your first batch of cheese.
